Worst place to go if you want braids. Pull your hair until you feel like your scalp is going to rip off. Highly unprofessional and have no mannerisms around children. Strong odor as if trying to conceal other smells. Head hurts too much that I couldn't sleep.
Wanted to go natural, spoke with stylist Carla and she helped me with the transition. I love going to this salon. The service is very professional. Never long waits and Carla definitely delivers what she promises.
Honestly salons don't get better than this. I've been going for 3 years and I'll never go anywhere else!
Love this place! Everyone seems real friendly! Ms. Logan does a great job with skin care! I would recommend this place to everyone!
The stylists are unfriendly, have bad attitudes, and act like they don't want to work. They make fun of the customers in Spanish while they do their hair. The salon doesn't accept credit cards, instead they have an ATM machine in the shop that charges a fee to withdraw money. These girls are very professional and overall don't do good hair.
Having been to many different bars in various cities across the country, I must admit that the Nomad Bar is a pretty awesome place. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was some really good music playing. People were really chill and my buddy and I headed over to the bar to grab some drinks. The bartender was really cool, got our drinks made really quick and didn't break the bank.
Food was good, service was to be desired. To the servers defense a party of 12 was seated after us, however he did not stop to,see how our meal was, no refills of drink while eating. Very disappointed.
BEST RESTAURANT OF OUR 2 WEEK TRIP!New to town, driving to the hotel to check in and saw all the cars in the parking lot. Friday night. The red chowder, manhattan style was the best I have ever had. The spinach and rice was mouthwatering. The next day, we tried them for lunch. I was going to get the same thing, but found out the above mentioned dishes were only available on Friday night. So we tried different items on the menu and they were delicious and of large portion also.
Over priced food and drinks.$5.00 bottles of domestic beers.weird atmosphere. Better places in wilmington to eat and drink.
