Has to be one of the worst companies if not the worst when it comes to customer service. Have missed our trash pick up numerous times and won't take an occasional item witch doesn't fit in the container, example: old single burner gas grill and when I called they wanted me to pay a fee of $30 to schedule a pickup. Missed trash pickup yesterday so I called at 2:30 to tell them, was told it would be done before 4pm, more lies same as previous times, I call back at 4:30 and was informed that since I did not call before 4pm they would not pick it up for 4 days this is the end of july, 90 deg. outside each day. I'm done with them and their lies.

WORST COMPANY EVER AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE do you self a favor and find another company that will save you headache and stress you don't need.
I wish I could give it less than 1 star. This is the worst trash company I have ever used. In the past year my bill increased every quarter until it was over $100 for once a week collection. I lost count of how many times I had to call because my cans weren't emptied. They just opened them and plucked the largest bag off the top. When I finally got a hold of them to to cancel I was told I'd be refunded $66 for the 2 used months that were prepaid. When I got a bill for -$66. I called to request a refund check. I was advised it would take a month to receive. Five days later I received a bill for $24. When I called I was told I had to pay a fee for the cans to be picked up and recovered, over $33 per can. A fee I was NEVER advised of. I was told I also had to pay a delivery fee when I originally received the cans. Which I had not as I had originally been an Allied Waste customer, and it was those cans I still had. At this point I was so disgusted with the whole organization I settled for them waiving the fee for only 1 can. I'll be getting a check for $18 and coming a complaint with the BBB as soon as possible
My bill started out $65 every 3 months in 2012. In 2014 my bill went up to $95 every 3 months, without any notification. I spoke with the company today and just happened to ask what my rate was and that is when I was informed that it had increased to $95. I asked the rep on the phone why wasn't I notified and he said that they don't have anyway to notify their customers about it. However, they have my address and phone number to contact me. He also said it can go up $2-$3 a year and in 2 years my billed jumped $30. Did I mention the rate for new customers is $73, I'm slightly confused.
I've had allied waste service for years and I've never had a problem. There prices were more reasonable when I switched over from another company and their customer service is top notch. Always so pleasant and helpful. They're awesome and I'm never switching.
