I had selected On Site Detailing to clean my car due to the positive reviews and the convenience of them coming to you. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I had originally scheduled my appointment for 9am on 8/19. That morning I received a call 5 minutes before my appointment that a piece of their equipment was broken and it wasn't fixed in time. I would of appreciated it if they could of told me the day before to tell me this instead of 5 minutes before my appointment. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following Saturday (8/26) at 10am. Well, it was 10:10am that day and nobody had arrived, so I decided to call and check the status. The woman I spoke to said the technician scheduled to clean my car wife just had a baby at 4am and she was trying to find someone else to come out. Why she didn't call me to tell me this is beyond me, but at this point I was completely frustrated with the situation. This is now two Saturdays I rearranged my schedule to have my car cleaned with this company and my car still has not been serviced. The woman said she would love to have another opportunity to reschedule, but I told her I wasn't interested and I had no other choice but to write a negative review about my experience. This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time and felt the need to share.
I lost $5 in the middle bay on 1/10/2017 before I ran my car through the automatic "Dirty Dog" car wash. I have not been able to reach anybody to discuss obtaining a refund.
My husband and I have been coming to this specific car wash for a little over 4yrs and we both would pay to have our cars washed and we would pay a little extra to have the armoral special. In 4yrs I must have watched over 70 different employees come and go with this place. My husband and I came to the wash a couple of days ago requesting a gentlemen who provided excellent services on both of our cars the last 3times we visited. As I'm speaking with the supervisor on site, I am addressed by another employee as he is sceaming across the lot saying, "he got fired yo" I'm not sure who is operating this business and I no longer care to learn but the lack of respect, & unprofessionalism is sickening. I would much rather drive the extra mile and take our business elsewhereI
Prices corner car wash is a scam of a business and the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. Colleen the owner of the company refuses to help her paying customers and steals their hard earned money. I purchased a detailing package for my mom in March for $225. I asked when purchasing when I could make an apt and was told to just call and they would fit me in. Followed the instructions the staff provided and was told my mom could not be seen until June, 3 months away I then proceeded to ask for my money back and they refused I talked to Colleen over the phone, who was surprisingly the owner, and she proceeded to yell at me say all sales are final and hung up the phone on me! I had to call my own bank to ask them to file a claim against this scam as they refused to give me a refund. Worst experience I have ever dealt with everyone find another means to get your car washed, heck wait for it to rain it'll probably do a better job and you won't have to deal with this staff
big probably opening on time. This morning 745 and 3 cars waiting. Most mornings this is the case. They need to get the act together. they are scheduled to open at 7 o'clock. and the person who opens it is late every single morning and late extensively. and it takes a long time to set up. he's gotta be a relative of the owner because nobody else would get away with this b*******.
Demetri at On-Site Detailing took great care of my black Mercedes E Class Coupe. The car has some acid rain spots and needed to be compounded. I had received his information from a long time friend who is also a huge "car guy". When the team arrived, they got right to business. The car was hand washed, then clayed. The technician polished the car in a few stages returning the finish to the "mirror like" finish it had when it left the showroom, removing all the spots and contamination. I worked for this company for a short time. He paid the employees VERY poorly and was generally a scam artist. I wouldn't give this man my business in a million years.
This is a poor company. Demitri seems to be inconsistent, and at times a bold faced liar. My BMW 6 series' hood was damaged by this company at DEVON HILL BMW RT 30, and i was told he (demitri) would send someone out to my house and guaranteed it would be fixed. He sent out a gentle man who i couldn't even tell worked for the company, no uniform, no lettering on his vehicle. At first i didn't even know it was the man to fix my car. He buffed my Hood to fix the repairs but to no avail. I called Demitri but was sent strait to voice mail. About a month later i made another appointment hopping that my car could be fixed by the mobile team ( just as Demitri had told me weeks before) the gentleman who came out was very polite, and broke the real truth to me ( Unlike the owner.) he said that the clear coat had been damaged so badly that there maybe no fixing it. He told me he would do everything in his power to fix it, and spent about 2 hours trying to do so. After his care the hood looked much better, but still the marks left in it were very noticeable. He apologized again for the damage, but as it wasn't his fault i tipped him and thanked him for his efforts. Still to this day Demitri has done nothing to try and fix the damage his company caused.I warn all who read this DO NOT TRUST DEMITRI KYRANAKIS AND ONSITE DETAILING.
