Dry pizza and Poor customer serviceHad pizza delivered or was dry and hard was told would not delivered new pizza. I had to drive to have replaced. They refused to replace the one pizza because we had taken 3 slices. I aaked to replace without the 3 spices they decided and didnt wan't too replace the untouched pizza until i insisted. The man argued the whole time. Bad service

I ordered food paid with my gift card but I did not receive my gift card back with a balance of over $100. Went back to the store and was told by the cashier who serviced me that I must have dropped the card and some one picked it up. Not so because I put everything I received from her back into my wallet before leaving counter and waited in the restaurant, with nothing on the floor as I looked from the floor to the counter in attempts not to stare at anyone. I was really upset so I returned the morning and requested the camera's be reviewed to see what happened to my card and after asking for my contact information I was told by another worker the manager Dave would take a look and get back to me within the next day or 2. I told the worker I would follow up with Dave later in the day. I went back around 9 pm when it's a bit slower and explained the situation and the workers looked at me as if I was nuts. I asked to speak with Dave they tell me there isn't anyone there with that name. So, I asked to speak with a manager, explained the situation again and asked that the camera be reviewed since I keep getting the run around. He takes my information again and says he will review camera's and get back to me within 1-2 days. I asked can this be done in 1 day since I've been given the run around and miss-information. I asked who the worker was I spoke with earlier in the morning and was told they don't give out workers name. I asked will the worker be reprimanded for poor customer service only to be told that was probably the owner. Wow full circle run around as I am now fully convinced this cashier stole my card and this establishment is doing nothing about it. At 1st I entertained the idea that she may have given my card to someone else by mistake but at this point there is clearly some weird cover up. I will continue to pursue the recovery of my card or the monies on it even if I do have to take legal actions as suggested by the State Police.
It took us 40 minutes to get our food with no apology for the wait. The server took 5 minutes to come back ask if everything was ok, when it wasn’t. My husband’s steak was severely undercooked (it was supposed to be medium and it was incredibly rare). They steak got sent back & while some parts were cooked appropriately most was still rare. I barely ate any of my food because I was too worried about my husbands steak. The manager eventually came out and was unsure how to solve the problem, and we didn’t want to complain. He ended up giving us 50% off of my husband’s meal since he did eat some of the steak. But what about the fact that it took 55 minutes for him to finally be able to eat that half and that half was flavorless and over cooked? Or that I only ate a quarter of my entree because of his food being such a problem? They should not call themselves an Italian steakhouse. It definitely wasn’t worth the wait or the money.
I walk in one day had to use the bathroom really bad he was very polite before I left I ordered some pizza it's was so good I return days later for more after that I tried cheese steaks awesome and has been ever since
I called and placed an order for 1 pizza on there specials day so it was only $6. I had an emergency so I had to leave and I didn't have a chance to call and cancel the order. When I was finally able to call back and re place my order they were so rude! The girl put the guy on the phone that took my original order and pretty much told me that I could either have the pizza that I originally ordered that was now HOURS old or I had to pay for a fresh one at regular menu price! He had the worst attitude and worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life!! I'm never going there again!!!!!
BAAAAAD JayLynn the manager at night is the worst she has you wait over a hr for 1 5 buck pizza and don't even tell you until after you pay and then tell you that you can not get a refund she is so dumb she just sat there and stared at me I knew more about her job then she knew it took her over 30 mins b4 she even made my pizza she is so rude and the food isn't that gr8 and she didn't even apologize WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! SHE NEEDS A CLASS IN IT!!!!!
Odered from this store for over two years, same address!! Call to place a order of over $35, and was told that they don't deliver to my location. Food is not that good, just convenient! Now they lost a customers, for good. More then happy to spend my money elsewhere, since there driver is afraid to drive to Woodacres Apt, at 2:30 in the afternoon. There loss, another stores gain! Don't order from this place!!! Out of justifying there ignorance. Thankyou!!!
very rude management! too long to go into, esp since my reviews keep conveintely dissapearing but I can tell you, just skip the trip and head somewhere that knows how to treat customers and are so outrageously priced! my family were 25 year customers and we won't be back!
