We were without a washing machine for 3 MONTHS while they mis-ordered the wrong parts 3 times. How can you be so incompetent to order the wrong parts 3 times, and why does it take you 4 weeks between service appointments? I could have ordered the parts from Korea for my Samsung Washer, had them shipped here slowest method, and installed them myself in less time.
Never on time,(4 hour window) I had 2 service call in two weeks on the same appliance, and it still doesn't work right. We just had 4 appliances checked with our service agreement, what a waste.
We got a call this morning (SUNDAY)to renew our agreement, sure we want to go through this again.
Sorry we're done with Sears, they used to dependable.
Made my washer worse. Wouldn't re-schedule for three days. Charged us $260. The first appointment was a "no show " after I sat here from 8AM all day !! The 2nd appointment was worse. Supposed to show today December 12th. Very unhappy. Been buying from Sears for over 30 years. All my appliances are from Sears.
The initial repair was inadequate and necessitated a return trip. On both visits, the technician was several hours late on the reservation window. Sears' systems are unable to communicate effectively to provide real time updates when there is a problem. We probably could have bought a refurbished machine for just a little more money than the repair.
Now, our washing machine is still broken, we're out several hundred, and I lost two days.
Service rep was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job fixing out issue. he went above and beyond to help us with out issues.
waited 1 week, 1st tech came to repair my treadmill-left=said it was fixed. NOTHING works. waited another week, 2nd tech never showed but told his job he came-he did not-I was home all day. Week 3, next tech scheduled in 3 days. AND I have a master repair agreement, which apparently means nothing,
Ron (Sears Technician) was excellent. Went above and beyond. Very skilled - and a really good guy. Keep it up, Sears!!
Ed did a great job with my riding mower maintenance. He was very courteous & professional & did not mind answering all my questions.
My service is super. He showed me a couple things to do on my washer and then I had told him my refrigerators warranty expired.He explained I can get a warranty thru Sears although I bought it at Lowes.
I was very happy with the service from Sears. The man was very courteous and did his work in a very professional andefficient manner
