This place is horrible. The customer service representative at the shop is the worst. He's rude and hangs up on customers. This place had my car for months! Each time I called they told me next week. It must be they're inside joke! For as long as they had my car you would think everything would be in tip top shape by time I got it back. Not the case! I didn't even make it around the corner before turning back around and taking it back for obvious noises. Got it back and then the air conditioner wasn't working. Now. I'm taking it back for the third time for lighting issues. They broke reservoir containers under my hood and didn't even replace them, the list goes on. If you love your car, be smart and don't take it to Sheridan!
