I got there a minute before they closed (which yes I know is bad on my part) but I had just rushed there. And there were still a ton of people in the store. And he refused to let me in and he had a huge attitude with me. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Verizon store in my entire life.
I do not give even 1 star to this business.i went there to get an amplifier for my home so i could get better services at home.i walked in and asked for the device.the person or whatever hIS name IS ,ZED asked for my ID.I GAVE HIM ALL MY INFO AND WAITED WHILE HE MESSED AROUND IN HIS COMPUTER ONLY TO TELL ME THAT HE DIDNT HAVE ONE.WHY GO through that only for him to tell me he didn't have it, as much identity theft that has been going on,this man tells me he doesn't have what I'm looking for after I've given him all my information. when as soon as I walked in the store and ask him for what I needed he could have just told me he didn't have it the man was foreign himself.how do I know he didn't use my ID for something scandalous.
Terrible customer help. I dropped off a phone because it was freezing. The next day I received a call saying it was ready to be picked up but once we got their someone else explained the phone needed to be replaced due it water damage. I explained that this phone was never dropped on a floor or in any water at any time. I asked to speak to the tech and I was told he wouldn't be available for a week. I refused to buy a phone so I took it to the DuPont highway store where it was reset and worked perfectly every since. Do not visit this store if you aren't prepared to buy equipment. This store would get a negative star from me if it was an option.
Don't use them. They do not care about your Comp. Just there Comp. It will take them 3 to 4 days just to change the NAME on an account. And they will turn your DS line off for that time just to change the name on an account.
