Worst company I have ever dealt with as far as accommodating the consumer. Do not sign any contracts. If you opt out early you will be billed. I had a contract for heating and air conditioning which I paid for in advance and then decided to go with another company because it was less expensive. I had more than 9 months left on all contracts and they charged me approximately $300 to cancel my contract. Where is the justice. They gouge you for all they can get.. Buy oil month to month as you need it. Signing a contract will hold you to their agreement even if oil prices plummet. Customer service does not care if you have been a customer for over 20 years. Very disrespectful and arrogant. Do not even bother calling this company. Even with contracts for maintenance, which was at least $300 for heating and close to $500 for air conditioning maintenance per year, I had to wait 6 months for them to inspect my units. I called 1/25 to set up a date to have oil delivered and had the worst customer service experience in my life and that's saying something. I've never left a review anywhere until this experience but it was so bad that I felt inclined to do so. The lady that answered the phone made it sound like I was inconveniencing her the second she got on the phone. To be honest, I still don't know if I was actually speaking to an Ace representative because she answered the phone with an oh so friendly "hello". End result, told her nevermind and she happily hung up on me. All in all, terrible experience and I will never call them again.Called Cochran and they were fantastic.
