First off, this man was very very rude. I had previously worked with a young lady Maria who was great when I purchased my previous pairs of glasses. I called ahead of time to see when she would be available and upon me coming in I was greeted by this man. I wish I would have gotten his name. When I asked him if she was in...this is the response I got," I am her manager. There is nothing Maria can help you with that I can not"! It was quite apparent he did not want me to see her! He was an absolute prick! I wouldn't buy my glasses from him, I would rather go somewhere else. He must have been having a bad day! But that has nothing to do with his customers. Go work somewhere else if you don't like your job! So I headed over to BJ's Optical. This place couldn't be too bad since the other day I was in there him and another woman was talking about working there and getting free glasses. Thank you both for the advertisement! I love my new pair I picked out! Bye Bye Sears Optical!
Recieved call glasses were ready, went that day to pick up, asked how long they were opened that day, was told 7:00 pm, emoyee failed to mention they close for 1 hour for lunch (not on web page either) i had to wait til they got back to business. It took over 2 weeks for that call and the EPIC FAIL was wrong frames! These were safety glasses for work which only had about 5-6 options. Will never go back! The employee who thought he had to explain laws in regard to taking a lunch was rude to boot. I was asking why he didn't inform customers that "lunch" was fron 2 to 3. Several ppl were behind me not too happy either.
They carry very cute frames but have horrible customer service. They have been unable to locate my glasses for over three weeks. The owner has been beyond rude in handling this situation.
