Great service, I called at 2 am and they answered and got someone out right away! If it wasn't for First State then we would've had water all over worse than it was! I recommend them for all your fire sprinkler needs.

Could not get a hold of anybody on the phone, got a bogus check for $1500, wanted to check the account out from Pelleys sports also bogus
I have been a cardholder of the Barclaycard for about two or three years I believe. I never missed a single payment with this card, and I have a perfect payment history with approximately 30 other credit cards. I feel that the bank abruptly and capriciously cut my credit limit, which changed my utilization ratio. There was no conversation, no alert, no details--they just cut the limit. I tried to deal with the bank, expressing my extreme dissatisfaction. However, all I got were excuses and stories in my opinion. Eventually I did reach someone who was able to "appeal" the downgrade. After extensively explaining my financial details they put me on hold and returned like a minute later to say they won't do anything. I also tried the "Office of the President," but that seemed to be a total waste of time. I had a great experience with the Barclaycard and never missed a payment, I often made considerable payments on the card and would consider myself a great customer. The fact that the bank abruptly changed my credit limit is very concerning, and I would not recommend this bank for a credit card.
Very upset with the fact that since the change over to M&T the desk employees computers do not jive w/ printed account statements.
