for the overall rating, the men in the store get 110% as for the older woman she needs to stay home or be put in a home.

A few days ago, we (3) were looking at holsters and out of no where this woman said there are 3 people in the back and no one is watching them. the reply was they are looking at holsters, in which she replied watch them. the last time I needed a baby sitter I was still in grade school. there was no sign at the door please take your sitter with you while looking. this was an insult and needless to say we wont be back. Just so she knows she lost the sale of two S&W that we had already looked at on a previous visit. we have since purchased them and for a better price.



Absolute worst customer servic...

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Wanted to trade in my Savage 30.06 for something different and this place was close so I figured that i would give them a try, never again will I enter their doors. When I arrived I thought to my self that this is a pretty nice place for such a remote location. As I walked in the door I was approached by one of the salesmen and explained to him that i wanted to see what my rifle might be worth on trade. He had me remove the rifle from the case and politley explained that he would look up the value while I waited. I told him that i was going to look around while he was looking it up. As I was browising around I noticed him take my rifle over to an older woman that appeared to be the manager and begin talking to her. I then heard him tell her "I am not going to tell him that", to which she responded " well where is he at i'll tell him." She then approached me and asked me how much i wanted for my rifle. I told her that I had no idea what is was worth, and to that she verry rudely replied "how bout $25." I explained to her that I had traded for the rifle when i got it and really had no idea what it's real value should be. Apparently my lack of knowledge of the value of my rifle irritated her because she then replied "I CAN GO $200 AND THAT IS IT." I then told her that i was going to look around a bit and that i would let her know. So i looked around and found a NEF single shot 243 that they had marked $279.99 and approached her at the counter with it in hand. She was talking to another customer at the counter that appeared to be a regular customer so i stood there and patiently waited my turn. She then turned and looked at me and asked what i needed. I asked her "Maam, what kind of trade could you make me on this rifle?" She replied "SON, I HAVE ALLREADY TOLD YOU THAT YOUR GUN IS ONLY WORTH $200 SO IF YOU WANT THIS GUN YOUR GONNA OWE ME $79.99 PLUS TAX." I quietly let her know that I would think about it and let her know. She then pointed at my rifle that she had placed on the counter next to the door and said "THERE IS YOU GUN AND CASE." With the attitude that she had she may as well had said takeyour stuff and dont come back because that is the way that i took it and exactly what i plan to do. I myself work in customer service and would surley find myself unemployed if i talked to customers the way they this lady takled to me. If you go here i hope you catch her in a better mood than i did, best of luck.

What happened to the service?

I used to be a satisfied customer and I have spent around three hundred dollars with Wiley's. The last time I visited Wiley's, I was treated like I had the plague. I waited at the counter for at least five minutes, and had to ask for help. The lady behind the counter totally ignored me. Plus, after looking at the rifle selection, I found the same rifle, S & W M&P 15, $500 dollars cheaper at Academy. I have found that they refuse to negotiate also. Don't know what has happened to Wiley's. Their prices are not competitive at all and the service is very displeasing. I'll drive to Dallas from now on for better service and pricing!!!
