Always on time, take the time to thoroughly clean and not just lightly go over everything (that is why I had to let go my previous cleaning service). Tina and Steve have been cleaning my house for over a year and a half and I couldn't be more satisfied with their house cleaning if I was doing it myself.
They are very thorough and I never had to do any "do overs" as I have done in the past with other cleaning services. They are very trustworthy and take great pride in their house cleaning which I really appreciate. I have a lot of woodwork in my house and since they have started cleaning my house the woodwork always looks beautiful. I have never had a cleaning service that took the time to clean my house that well. There have been times that I have had to change my cleaning schedule and they have accommodated me without any issues. If you aren't completely satisfied with your current cleaning service I would give Tina & Steve a call because you will be amazed at the difference in your house cleaning, I know I was !

We tried a number of cleaning services before coming to Tina. Each one prior we were not satisfied, sometimes we couldn’t even tell cleaners had been to our house. After our first experience with Tina and her husband we were thrilled with the results and will be customers for as long as they we have us! Not only do we like Tina our pooches do to!

I was thrilled to have found Tina's Ultimate cleaning. Tina and Steve are one of the most excellent services in the area. I have them cleaning my mom's house in Willowick, Ohio. I am not able to be there so Tina texts me before and after pictures. She also discusses exactley what they will be doing and let me know what needs to be taken care of. What an incredible work they do! I haven' seen Mom's house that nice and clean in a long time. Mom is 93 yrs old and has a bit of a problem getting around. They were so nice and sincerely took the time to coordinate everything with me and my mom. Super people who know how to get the job done right. Tina and Steve are a great team. They are trustworthy, prompt and friendly. It is hard for me to trust people but they have easily earned my trust. Their work is beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone.

'Tina's Ultimate Cleaning' is the BEST! Tina and Steve do ALL the cleaning themselves, and clean things that, with two full time jobs between us and two teens in the house, would be easy for us to miss. Tina and Steve clean our home as if it were their own, and when they're done, everything is spotlessly clean. They text (or call ) a couple of days prior and then keep you updated on their arrival time. As a bonus, Tina will give you Orchid growing tips. Very nice people providing an excellent, professional service. Highly recommended.

Tina & Steve have been cleaning my house once a month for nearly a year. They contact me the day before as a courtesy. There are times when I will need to change the monthly cleaning schedule and move to a different day that month. Tina is always accommodating. My house is always spotless and the bathrooms sparkle. Tina sure knows how to clean a tub and shower. They always treat my house with care. I have not had anything damaged by them. I found Tina & Steve through the yellow pages. I read all of their reviews and I decided to call them for a quote. They came to my house within a couple days of calling them. I knew they would be a good fit for me as soon as I met them and they discussed their cleaning techniques. They use all of their own supplies and vacuum. What I like most is that they use no harsh chemicals. My house always smells so fresh and everything sparkles after they leave. Almost a year later and I am not disappointed with my decision to hire Tina & Steve.

Tina,s Ultimate Cleaning is the best company I have ever used for my home, and we have tried many of the others.

While the larger outfits tend to employ people whose only motivation is money Tinas priority is the best service for the customer at times not charging enough for the hard wotk.
