Just moved here about a month ago. The property has recently been renovated inside and out. The community is really quiet.I had a minor issue with my sink faucet and the manager fixed it the same day. The units are really big and the price is good as well. I am glad I found this place and plan to stay for a few years.
I have only lived here for a couple weeks, but I really like everything so far. The community is nicely maintained and the staff is very helpful/friendly. As long as everything stays as good as it has been, I'll be very happy living here.
a good place for a U of A student, 1B1B is large enough for 1 or two people, the rent is quite low with furniture as the build is very old(70s), but good place for starting living in Tucson
Renovated the entire apartment complex. Management is responsive and professional. Haven't had any issues with noisy neighbors or any repairs.
