The restaurant was filthy; many dirty tables, bussing area for used dishes stacked high with old dirty dishes, beverage area dirty and sticky, pick-up staff rude. Both of our soups were not even tepid. Very, very unpleasant experience in a restaurant that had very, very few customers. Staff and manager standing around and just chatting. Manager completely uninvited in his store or responsibilities.

good soup, no bread

Great soup, great bread that might come with the soup. The problem is that sometimes the bread doesn,t

make the bag that holds the soup. I take out soup about once a month from Panera. I seldom look in

the bag until I get home. For the third time in about a year, no bread came with the soup. I think since

the bread price must be included in the soup price, $13.20, for the soup for a group, (a bit steep, but

well worth it, one should get what is included in the price. Yes, it's my own fault for not looking before I

leave the store.

I will solve my little problem by getting my monthly soup fix from Wegmans. The soup is almost as good

and is about three bucks cheaper. Wegmans bread isn't bad either.
