        My Partner an I Love Jets, but today being Friday,I placed my order at 5:10 for 6:16 p/u. Well I get there, my oder is not ready, so I waited for 45 min. Until it was brought out. I called ahead because I know Fridays R Busy. I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT, NOT ONCE WAS I ACKNOWLEDGED AS OTHERS PLACED THEIR ORDER, AND WALKED OUT WITH IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON OTHER OCCASIONS, IF YOU GAVE MY ORDER AWAY, JUST SAY IT, PLUS I TIP REALLY WELL, AND WATCHED OTHERS NOT AT ALL, BUT GET BETTER SERVICE. LOVE YOUR FOOD, NEED TO WORK BETTER UNDER STRESS, I WAS A CATERING MANAGER FOR 4,0000 PEOPLE, try a new routine the one you have now do not working! You don't want to fall by the wayside like so many others especially when you have a very good product
