Overall

My brother gave one of the lady who works there 3 dimond rings and my brother stole them from a family member. Now we are going to have to make a police report cause that's just how u do it. At least that is the only way I know how to go about it. I know the lady that sold them used her i.d or maybe she didn't have to because her mom works there. But she had a receipt, but it was $120.00 that is how much she gave my brother for 3 of the rings, even though it was a couple of weeks since my brother brought them up . They meam so much to my step-mom. So basically I'm trying to go about this in a civilized manner. But if I have to get the polive involved than I must. You will be hearing from me 2 moro. Thank you kindly........

Overall

The owner looked homeless and smelled bad. His hair was a mess and he was wearing dirty sweat pants. I took several pieces of jewelry to Gold-N-Merchant, and after he looked at my items, he gave a price that quite a bit lower than another gold buyer that I had gone to in Mentor. When I told him, he said, "Well, they must have a buyer for that that is willing to pay higher", and he refused to honor his own guarantee. Steer clear of this dirtbag.

These guys are great. I had to clean out a parent's house over the winter and made several trips here with gold and jewelry. I got a great price and I have always been impressed by their excellent service. Highly recommended.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER

Hello, my name is Dan Zabarsky and I am the owner of Gold-n-Merchant. I personally guarantee to you, my customer, that I will pay you the highest price I possibly can for your precious metals, rather it be coins, proof sets, gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, silver dollars, or whatever you may have that we buy, and we buy just about everything. Make it worth your time to be sure and visit me before you sell your items. Best thing is to get it in writing on the buyer's business card, and AFTER I quote my price, you can either sell to me or let me beat that buyer's price. 90% of the time we beat our competition on the first quote and I am not talking just a few bucks. We have beaten other's prices by hundreds of dollars, on a consitant basis. People have traveled from Perry, Geneva, Ashtabula to Willoughby for our PRICES. The drive has been worth it. We have testimonials form many customers pertaining to the fine way we do business, in a friendly, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere. We want you as a business family member, NOT a one time transaction and we treat you that way.. We currently were voted Best of the Best by the Lake County News Herald readers for 2010. Thanks for your time, I remain:

Sincerely, Dannyz
