The WORST buying experience of my life. I had 2 old leases that I was promised would be taken off my hands w/negative equity would be rolled into the new leases. The salesman Dan, assured me this would happen. I leased 2 new cars and thought the deal was done. 75 days later, I have been getting called nonstop because none of it was done and my 2 old leases still exist.
This company won't help with the deal I was promised. They say its my responsibility to turn the cars in to the other companies even after I turned the cars & keys over in good faith. My previous lease company stated it is absolutely Adventure CJD's responsibility to ensure the cars are returned NOT MINE. They will not help me, & I have only gotten anywhere by calling my previous lease companies & Jeep corporate. I also contacted the BBB.
I simply want the deal I was promised. This is a simple fix but clearly helping a new customer who would bring repeat & referral business is not something that seems to a priority there

Frustrating

Was all set to buy a car from them. Needed a pay stub for proof of income, which I left at home, but promptly faxed to them. That was last week, and after my salesperson didn't return my third phone call, I went somewhere else and purchased.

I hate being treated without respect just because I'm a woman. I hate being treated like I'm an idiot. I happen to be an educated woman & these people figured because I am a woman I am completely ignorant when it comes to cars. I can't tell you how irritated I am right now. I will never go back to this dealership or even consider buying a car from them. I guess they haven't read the papers or listened to the news to realize Chrysler is in trouble. Maybe that's why they think they can be condescending and loutish to a qualified car buyer, when they should be honest, respectful & considerate.

Pleasant and Prompt!

I had recently purchased a used vehicle from Adventur Chrysler Jeep of Willoughby. The sales experience went smoothly. To keep a long story short, I had problems with my breaks. Of course these are not covered under the power train warranty because breaks incur natural wear and tear. However, I had just purchased the vehicle and could not believe that I was going to be charged for natural wear and tear that I did not cause. I then decided to write a letter to the manager via email. The manager had called me back within 35 minutes of the email, offered to replace the breaks for free, and set me up with a rental at no charge at my earliest convenience! Service with a smile! This is how a business should be run...centered around customer service. As a manager myself, customer service is the hardest obstacle and Adventure Chrysler Jeep undertook this obstacle to exceed my expectations! I highly recommend this car dealership.
