Absolutely the WORST customer service you can possibly get. I am typically understanding of errors that are done in billing (because they are usually owned up to and/or explained with common courtesy and logical office protocol), but when you talk to someone and they keep defending their excuses and trying to blame you for the overcharge, I find that it is completely unprofessional. At the end of the day, I was fighting for the principle... horrible. If you have another option in that area... go with them (e.g. Mon-Dak... they actually seem like a decent/professional company, worked with them once although I'm not sure if their regions overlap)!! :)
