I am a 73 and a Widow. My husband passed last Aug and it has been a rough year. On Wed my Pump went Called Steve, He came out and said I needed a new one. After talking to him call him Fri , About noon Sat 3 Angels drove into my Yard Steve Bob and his Wife. Steve had a new Pump It was paid for and his time. I didn't know such kindness existed. Steve came out to my place to fix my pump after coming home from a long day at work on a Saturday.I called Steve and he guided me thru a couple things to see if it was something simple I could do before he came out and charge me his 50 dollar fee which is pretty cheap especially on a weekend after not being a to figure it out he came out no problem in 30 minutes he was at my house fixed my problem and charged me 30 bucks then he installed a faucet after I asked if he could and he gladly did for 20 dollars.couldn't be more happy with the experience I had with Steve.I will be calling williston well and pump Inc from now on

My husband and I were working in the yard and we soon figured out we all the sudden had no water. My husband called Williston Well and Pump at 4:30 p.m and he said he would be right over. He was here in less than 30 minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes.He were awesome! Highly recommended!!

Yesterday I called WP and I cannot tell you how thankful I am . I had been working on our pump for 2 days straight and was unable to fix it. I called Sunday at 5pm and they were great. They told me exactly what was wrong with our pump over the phone. Not mamy businesses I know of are willing to take the time on a sunday to help up here in this rural area we live in. First I must say we live in Palm City Fl, 3 1/2 hours south of Williston, where we have a home and property which our daughter-in-law live with our granddaughter. We got a phone call at 8pm last night that they had no water!! We called Steve on the cell phone provided and he was at our home in Williston, 20 minutes later! Assuring us that there were no additional fees for after hours. He assessed the problem and returned first thing in the morning and fixed our well. Thank you Steve, it is so comforting living out of town and that we still have dependable, honest, hard working people out there that wont take advantage of us not being there to see what is going on. He sent pictures via text to let us know exactly what needed to be done!!!! I will always and only use and recommend Williston Well and Pump Service.

Steve and his associate came out on Friday and installed a new water treatment system at my new house. Fixed the stinky water and did a professional job. Thanks Steve!!!

I lost water at 6 the control box busted I called many places and they could not come to my house until the morning. Found Steve and he told me that he would stop by because he was on his way to his house that he would be here in 10 minutes he was here in 5 minutes!!! No water at 5:30 pm..I google "well and pump service".. call and talk to Steve..after a few minutes he's on his way.. at least a 12-13 mile drive..Steve is here in no more than 15 minutes..a simple fix, charges us the minimum service charge and he's done..from now on our first call will always go to this business!! We were so very tired of some of these other guys never returning a call!!! We met Steve on the sidewalk in Williston months ago and he introduced himself and politely asked for our business next time we needed something. So, when our tank went out he was the first person we thought of instead of these other guys we have given business to only because we knew their father or grandfather! We are so very glad we called him. We called and got a human (which is a big deal), he came out as soon as he could, replaced our tank the same day, gave us a great deal, AND was a super nice guy. What else could you ask for??? Meet our new well guy! HIGHLY recommended.

Last Sunday (6/1/14) my wife woke me to tell me we had no water. I took a look, not that I had a clue, and saw the sticker on the water tank for Williston Well and Pump. It boasted 24/7 service. This was a Sunday and I thought of past service providers who either could not come on a weekend (especially on a Sunday) or charged such a prohibitive premium for their services that putting it off a day or two would save a fortune. But with not being such a neccessity I gave them a call. Steve arrived 15 minutes later and charged his usual sevice fee and had the water running in no time. I was SHOCKED! He found another problem I would never have thought of which he fixed later at our convenience. Five stars is as high as I can rate on this review or I would give Steve and Williston Well and Pump 10 stars. **********

Considering the horrible situation of having no water, my experience with Williston Well & Pump was amazing. Steve was extremely courteous and helpful from my first phone call. They had my water up and running in just a few hrs. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was wonderful. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me get my water back on. I would definately recommend them to anyone who needs well/pump work, and I will be calling them in the future for anything I need.

I had a pressure tank actually explode the night before-yes, it exploded! I woke up the next morning and had no water. Steve was highly recommended, and was at my house in 20 mins. He was professional and friendly. He was our hero because we had water again within an hour and set us up with a better, longer lasting tank. He also worked within our budget and is not out to scam people out of their money. THANKS STEVE!!

Great service & very fast!!

As we were getting ready to go to bed on Saturday night we realized we had no water. I called Steve at Williston Well & Pump and he had us check a few things but nothing worked. He came out first thing Sunday morning and we had a leak at the bottom of the pipe. Steve had water back for our horses by the afternoon!!! Price was fair, awesome company for coming out and spending a Sunday getting our water back on. This is not the first time we used Williston Well & Pump and it will not be the last if the need arises.
