I am extremely impressed by the services and staff. Dr. Shore, Dr. Riccardi, Susie, and Naeem were curtious, educated, caring, and professional. People do not realize their patient load and the extent of services. Yes there are small wait times however it is a large facility and they have tons of patients. I was turned off by the disrespect the staff recieves there. I wish more patients were respectful and appreciative to their care. Five star a++++++ service. Best dental services in South Jersey by far. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

There service sucks i been on hold for and half hour just to cancel an appointment. its ridiculous. Dont ever call in with an emergency cause by the time they answer your tooth will fall out

Similar experience as gail44 had in 2008, they haven't gotten better. Could not get the emergency service I needed and they want me to pay 25$ for my x rays to take to a REAL dental office. Oh, I can't get them for a while because the one person there who knows how to make copies is out. Avoid this place.

Had an evening appointment. Ended up waiting over an hour to be seen by the dentist because they TRIPLE Book patients. After waiting over an hour, I still was not able to get what I needed done because the procedure had to be done by another more qualified dentist. Sure wish they had told me this over the phone when I explained my problem to the person who scheduled my appointment. Seemed to have their least experienced staff on evening shift.
