New manager needed Freddy is disrespectful and rude. He lacks professionalism. I will NOT go back. I will not recommend anybody. Go to Norwich they know how to respect people. If there are others who have had this experience please leave a review. Maybe then they will retrain manager Freddy.
I recently had a bad experience with the management in this store. For one never in my life have I had a management talk to me the way this manager at the Willimantic store talk to the way he did. There is no level of professionalism at all. He talk to you like you someone from the street. I will never go back to this place to get anything. They defiantly lost a customer in my book.
I agree with the above comment regarding management skills. They need to retrain general manager Freddy on how to talk to people in a professional manner. I witnessed a very nice lady be treated like an animal for a lousy 50.09 payment. He is not professional and EXTREMLY uncalled for. Go to a different store if possible he does not deal well with people. His vocabulary and customer service skills are unprofessional. He needs to be retrained ����.
i got a laptop it was paid off back in march, have not been back sense, now there is a laptop in my name, found out there is no contract to prove i signed for it, and i am to blame when who ever failed to pay on it, its finally fixed, they should have saw this mistake before contacting me, the place lacks management, To you CHECK MAKE SURE THERE IS NO EXTRA ITEM ON YOUR ACCOUNT, ITS YOU ON THE LINE NOT THEM
