This review is a complete overview of my relationship with this company. Factual and free of extreme emotion. I went to this office for a contacts exam and it was like every other contact exam I have had. In, out, good service. I bought contacts in house that were too expensive for my taste that I got on impulse. The doctor was happy to refund my money with a personal check. 6-7 weeks later On Christmas Eve I received a call from the doctor telling me that the previous review on yp.com was mine and something needed to be done about it. I left a message telling him I have no idea about that review but possibly an emotional review given by a close friend or family after my concerns with the company during a private conversation were expressed. Cannot be proven as I will not be asking. I hope this review gives a better look at the practice and helps shy away from the tens of horrible reviews that most likely are emotional and exaggerated, and the paid company reviews of course. Overall, he is a doctor in an office that one must build a relationship with just like any other doctor to have a clear picture. I personally will not return not due to service, that was good, but due to the uneasy feeling of constantly being watched and contacted over anything they feel you have done to slander the business and use first amendment rights.
He and his staff are VERY nice and welcoming. With that being said the place is sorta a scam. Charge crazy amounts for the cheapest of contacts and glasses. Will tell you what your buying is top of the line only to find out later you were had. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and an even worse smell in my wallet. The lack of a cash smell! Again, really nice staff and good experience, just don't buy anything in practice. Pay your co payment, grab a script and run!

I laugh at the thought at going back there - never again! They arent even ATTEMPTING to be up to date with technology... Did you see their equipment? My Great Grandmother is familiar with it!!! Very POOR service, The front staff are so rude to you, telling you to move and go sit down (they dont want you standing at the front desk) But when you have lower back problems & you need something to lean on to fill out your paperwork... because you cant be bending over in your lap, then it is what it is! THEY told me 3 times to go sit down that i wasnt allowed to stand (MIND YOU I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THERE) They said if you need to stand then go in the other room and lean on that counter. JESUS CHRIST people - IF I EVER told a customer of mine to go sit down to fill out paperwork WHEN THEY DONT EVEN GIVE YOU A CLIP BOARD TO LEAN ON - NOTHING - I would be out of a job, thats so rude! BTW MELLISH EYE ASSOC GET UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST IN EYE EQUIPMENT!!! I MEAN COME ON THE WALLS IN THERE ARE PANELING I FEEL LIKE IM IN THE HOUSE I LIVED IN IN THE 60'S~!
