Located in Williamstown, Ky., the Grant County Board of Education is comprised of more than five citizens who act as the representatives of the community. The Grant County Board of Education is a part of Grant County Schools, which is a school district that operates various elementary, middle and high schools. Grant County Schools operates various departments that include instructional technology, community education, business affairs, district finance, and food and student services. The Grant County Board of Education also maintains migrant, adult, and gifted and talented education divisions, as well as has a family resource and youth service center. It conducts teacher-parent conferences, as well as administers the English as a Second Language program.
