Williamsport, PA Susquehanna Bank

M & T Bank is by far the worst bank I've ever used, and I don't understand why anyone would bank with M & T when there are so many better options. I tried M & T for a while, and everything about it was awful. Some months my checking account would be charged random "service fees" and there would be no explanation of what these fees were for, and there was nothing that I could tell that I did that should cause these fees. On more than one occassion I tried to talk to the manager, and I was always told that he was out and would call me. He never called me. My banking statements for my business' checking account did not come with a copy of the photo of each of the checks, which at times is helpful. I wanted to be able to view my checking account online, and was told that I would have to pay for this privelage! I had several accounts with this bank and eventually they changed their policy and required me to keep a minimum of $1,500 in each account or pay a penalty, which was annoying because I didn't generally keep a lot of money in one of the accounts that I had. I moved all of my accounts to JSSB, where I can view my checking accounts online for free, I never get random service fees with JSSB, they only require a $400 minimum account balance, and they send you photos of all your checks with your monthly statement.

my debit card was run illegally and when disputed they found in favor of person that did so. not good practice.
