Generally do not care about their patients. Most of reception staff is rude (except for 1 very helpful, caring person). You would think they would understand the importance of medication and dangers of missing it but when it takes over a week and 3 calls to find out that they can't or just won't help you is malpractice in my mind. I had only been a patient there for 7 years - well no more!
