Best salesman I've had to deal with ever. Bought 2 vehicles from them so far. Salesman are full of knowledge about the cars and are not pushing for the sale.
My experience was very positive. I was shown several vehicles, and when it became obvious that the Optima was beyond my means, I was shown the Forte models. Differences between the ideals were pointed out as were the price differences. In the end, I was able to find a car that for my driving needs and my budget.
Anything I have to say is nothing against Todd. The service was fairly fast, which was a plus. However, this is the first place I've received service where I wasn't briefly walked through the status of my car. I assume since I wasn't, that no news is good news. I recommend though, to give customers piece of mind before they take off, just to walk through the safety inspection results, whether the fluids were filled or tires inflated, what the wear on the brake pads are, tread on the tires, and all that stuff. It would only take a minute and make me feel a little better about doing my business with you.
My sixth jeep purchase in 24 months and currently own five jeeps. We have two wranglers our twin granddaughters each have patriots and our grandson just received a 2015 wrangler from us for his 16 th birthday. Our purchasing experience was awesome each time which is why we own five jeeps from Williamsburg jeep Chrysler Kia and that is why I buy there. Don't waste time searching around because they produced two of my jeeps from out of state and the transaction was perfect!! I have a home when it comes to service based on my previous visits and faultless work performed. My salesman Marty, was the best and worked with me for a great deal.

Customer service was dantasic. Tyler was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was not pushy but knew when to step in with information to assist with decision making. I would return to him and Williamsburg Chrysler again in the future.
Over all the experience was good. Pam took as much time as needed with finding a van that suited my needs. As there wasn't a van on location that was what I wanted she found one else where. We had to wait for delivery. Three days later we arrived to find that the one due to be delivered had been sold out from under us. Pam and others at the dealership did manage to find another van very much like the original for us. We did purchase that van. We do need to contact the dealership at this time as we weren't told where payment should be made. We do know the date it's due.
