They came out to repair my cistern at a heavy cost. Cistern wasn't repaired and still does not hold water. They refuse to return my calls. Have contacted the BBB and still received no answers or return of my money. Beware of using this company for any reason.

They do not even deserve 1 star in my book but i had to give them at least 1 for my review to post .. I used them 2 times in a little over a yr and I found it strange I was having to be pumped out a little over a yr after being pumped out because I usually get pumped every 3-5 yrs and but this last time they didn't pump long at all before the other person said they were full they took my money and left ,, i noticed my septic was under water 6 days after they pumped me out when i came home from out of town .. I called them he was rude and told me it filled back up with water I had a problem and I would have to pay them again to pump me out .. I called very reputable company to come pump me out and they pumped out a whole lot of waste and over a foot of sludge they said had I been pumped out all the way there wouldn't have been sludge and a lot of waste and that there was no way anyone could have that much waste in 6 days of being pumped out! not to count my lid was not all the way put back on and thrown on crooked i have small toddler grand children that play in the back yard .. MY opinion they most likely didn't pump me all the way out the 1st time either to have to be pumped out a little over a yr later
