Horrific! Caused $800 worth of body DAMAGE to my car when I paid for the $11 Deluxe Wash. When confronted, the owner told me it was impossible and I should get a lawyer before hanging up the phone on me. He did not even want to see the damage or accept the possibility that his car wash had malfunctioned. THIS CAR WASH IS NOT WORTH THE RISK TO YOUR VEHICLE. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this facility, please contact me and share your story.

Lying thieving scumbags. I'm by the 2002 Cadillac from them two summers ago, they sold it to me with a bad head gasket. It started overheating the day I drove it off the lot. I took it back and told him I wanted my money back and they refused and told me they would take care of it. My car sat on their lot for over a month before they took it somewhere to get fixed and when I got it back guess what? It started overheating again. I told him it was a head gasket and the guy who sold me the car Joseph Palma told me he would bet a month's salary that it wasn't it and it was actually looking in the owner's manual to try and figure out what the problem was. I want up taking it to the garage and paid $2,600 to get a $5,200 car fixed. They wouldn't lift a finger they are scum bags and should not be trusted
These guys are great! I was on my way to hot air balloon festival in Morgantown WV, from Massachusetts. I had an breakdown in Wilkes Barre, and needed my trailer axle replaced. I called them at 9:00 on a Friday morning, asking if they could take a look at it. After a couple of hour delay getting a tow truck arranged, and getting it to their facility, they were able to take care of it (putting it mildly). They hunted down the ONE remaining replacement axle that was not two days shipping away and replaced it for me, and got me back on my way! I only missed one flight at the festival, and was able to fly the rest of the weekend, and then successfully drive all the way home again. Thanks guys!
It's a sad and sorry statement about customer service when a customer can not even ask a question without the person (Dino or Gino or something like that) 1. Talking over them 2. Speaking to them like they are garbage 3. Hanging up when said customer asked if they could even get a word in. Forget going in. Forget making an appointment. Forget giving them a sale. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. Lots of dealers, not far from them...and this preapproved customer, who needs to but a car was so insulted by this shifty salesman that she will shop elsewhere.
I have been dealing with Ken Pollock Nissan since 2010. It has been a pleasure working with them and the service department is great. I have chosen to take my car there for all my service needs. I have always been well taken care of no matter how big or small the problem. Thanks to all of you in the service department......
WORST EVER!! NO communication,, terrible people to deal with,,, made a purchase with them, paid cash for the bulk of the purchase THANK GOD I had the receipt still,,, made many MANY phone calls,, no response,, stopped by and the owner never around,, all I wanted to do was pay it off,,, so sent a few payments in guessing,,,,, prick sends a repot guy after me,,, and I had OVER PAID HIM,,, he OWES ME NOW,, not to mention the lawyer fees I had to hire,,,, and yet NO returned phone calls EVER,,, after hiring atterny general office,,, 2 months I finally get my title,,, BAD PEOPLE
