Bought Nissan Versa with extra warranties and GAP insurance in 2016. Salesmen promissed everything is through Nissan Corporation...February 2018 got in accident, car got totaled. Well then we found out that everything is through another companies and we have to deal with all separetly...ok... so we contacted the Financing Department for the loan, the GAP insurance for the GAP coverage and Nissan Pollock for the reminding warranties refund. We got the payoff from the insurance and the GAP already in April, now today is exatly 3 months since the accident happend and Pollock still doesn't feel like send the refund check to Nissan Financing. First they said, they sent it on April 3rd, then when I complaint at the corporation, they told them they will send it same day (May 10th), today is the 21st....still nothing...I filed complain at the BBB maybe that will help....one thing is sure, never ever Nissan Vehicle, never ever by Nissan Pollock and I will keep everyone I know away!!!!
These guys are great! I was on my way to hot air balloon festival in Morgantown WV, from Massachusetts. I had an breakdown in Wilkes Barre, and needed my trailer axle replaced. I called them at 9:00 on a Friday morning, asking if they could take a look at it. After a couple of hour delay getting a tow truck arranged, and getting it to their facility, they were able to take care of it (putting it mildly). They hunted down the ONE remaining replacement axle that was not two days shipping away and replaced it for me, and got me back on my way! I only missed one flight at the festival, and was able to fly the rest of the weekend, and then successfully drive all the way home again. Thanks guys!
I have been dealing with Ken Pollock Nissan since 2010. It has been a pleasure working with them and the service department is great. I have chosen to take my car there for all my service needs. I have always been well taken care of no matter how big or small the problem. Thanks to all of you in the service department......

Excellent service department, accommodating and good hours - I cannot get service during the day so the extended service hours are great.
Took my pop up camper to get winterized it took 3 days to flush a small system when we got it back we opened it up to finish it up for the winter and found rips in the canvas, a rip in the window one of the metal post we're bent... I called to talk to a manager and got the owner. Told him what damage we found and he started to scream at me not raise his voice but scream... Saying he has been in business for 48 years and that his service guy has been with him 26 years that they know what they're doing and there's no way in hell that they ripped it or did any type of damage I told him I had pictures and he said he did not care that I had pictures.. He was very unprofessional and ignorant and told me never to bring it back again...
I promised I'd provide a review as a way of thanking them for helping me out of a tough situation. My old trailer hitch rusted out and busted while on my way between CT and SC. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for anything RV or trailer related. You'll be glad you did.
I'm mostly happy with the car I bought from Marv- most of what he told me about it was accurate but some things were a bit exaggerated. However, dealing with Marv was less than pleasant. After I purchased the car it took a long time to get the paperwork from him. Good thing it wasn't my primary car. "The customer comes first" is not Marv's motto.
Amazing place. Had some work done this week, and it would take several hours, they provided me with a shuttle ride to the wyoming valley mall, and offered a ride to the Mohegan Sun Casino as well. Very friendly people, very good service. They have a nice lobby with vending machines, plenty of seats, and a few TVs with different stations on. After we got the car back we saw that the car was even vacuumed inside. I would recommend this place to everyone and everyone.
