Don't give them any money unless you're walking out the door with your product. I ordered a window on 3/15, they said it would take 2 weeks. To make a long story short, after multiple calls and visits, 2 1/2 months later, still no window and no refund. I asked for my money back and the kid working there points at a sign that says 'no refunds'. The manager says he can't give me a refund because I paid in cash! Corporate office was supposed to issue a refund check but I've been waiting on that for 3 weeks now. I hate to see any small business fail but with customer service bordering on fraud, it's inevitable.
