Besides the fact that I almost choked on a fruitfly in my soda, The projectors never work properly and we end up having to leave because it takes so long to fix the problem. Shouldn't there be a trained person there at all times to resolve the issues? Another thing that I noticed is management seems to have an attitude problem and doesn't very much care about the customers. A friend of mine had her child's birthday party there and there was a problem and when she went to the manager about it, he raised his voice and fought with her. Customer service skills are clearly not trained at this movie theater. Needless to say, the chances are slim that I will be going back to the theater. I've gotta hand it to the floor people, however, the really work hard with little help.
