        The technician was a little la...

        The technician was a little late due to not finding my home. However, I was okay with this. I saw him in the area looking for my home. He was very couteous and explained everything he was doing. He provided additional info I requested about other services as well as providing instructions and a spot cleaner for my newly cleaned carpets.
