      Overall

      the worst experience ever. We reserved a room for Sat and Sun. we went to get the room on Saturday and the guy behind the counter said that since we didn't come in Friday that we lost our room so we were out our money for one night not only that but they would not work with us and give us a room to make up for the mistake that they made. We were specific on what day we wanted and they ended up screwing us out of our money. The rooms were very unorganized. they had a sink in the room instead of in the bathroom. there was hard floors and when you wake up in the morning your feet would be cold. We will not be returning to this hotel ever again.
