Lotte's Professional Dog Grooming

We’ve been having our dog, Gabe, groomed for 10 years.



Lottie's services all these years have ALWAYS been nothing short of A-1. She’s a professional groomer and she knows her stuff. She knows how to groom each dog's breed to best show off that dog's individual beauty.



Lottie just groomed Gabe. He looks beautiful! She always gets it right, even when I ask for a change in the regular style, like for bird season I want certain areas cut shorter for tick control.



But that’s the other great thing about having someone like Lottie who you can trust to do such a good job. After a few groomings she’ll know your dog really well and you’ll be able to easily exchange ideas about a certain style or grooming cut. She’s a great, easy going person to talk to and do business with. And she’s great with all the dogs, too! No matter how big or small, every one I’ve seen with her seems to get along with her as much as I do. What can I say, the Lady has a way!

So I took my dog to Lottie's today and dropped him off at about 1230 then at about 100 I was told from my boyfriend something had happened a year or so ago at that place that was very concerning so being told that I immediately called Lottie's and asked her about it she then said it was a few years back and she's been doing this for over 20 years and of it would make me more comfortable I could go and sit with him so I said okay I'm on my way when I got there she walked very quickly towards me and practically threw his leash and me yelling it's people like you that put me on the news! I was kind of shocked at her reaction considering the conversation we had on the phone. I then said well my dog is my baby so If I hear something negative about an establishment that I left my dog at it's concerning and it's her responsibility to make me feel comfortable considering I'm paying her and she has my dog anyways she went off and to be honest I wasn't very nice back but her reaction made me sick to my stomach that I even left my dog there to begin with her short temper is not suitable for the line of work she's in and I couldn't be more displeased with my visit. Please if you have any type of love for your dog do not bring them there I would not trust her with a fly I'm sick to my stomach about my visit. And feel guilty for have even brought my poor Toby there. If there was any way I could shut that place down I would do it in a heart beat p.s I only left 1 star because I had to at least click one if I could it would be a negative rating
