Wickenburg Tire

Pulled in after calling, and explaining that we were having car trouble on a road trip. We were told as long as we made it by 4pm, they would help us TODAY. We coasted in (again having car trouble) at 3:55pm (so...by4) and were told (very rudely) "I don't know who you talked to. You didn't talk to me. Maybe we can get to it tomorrow" There was NO other customers, one employee was standing there talking on his cell phone, nobody was doing any work. Why couldn't we be helped?? They literally stood around bs'ing for the next hour until closing. I knew exactly what we needed, and it would have taken them half hour tops. I have never in my life seen a more lazy shop.

After being told by a 'chain brake outfit' that I needed over $700. worth of new brakes.....I went to Wickenburg Tire for a 'second opinion'. With a full load of business already underway, Jessie, took time - and without any wait whatsoever - together with 2 of his men, evaluated my brakes. Guess what? They had plenty of life left in them, no brake work needed! Thank you Jessie and coworkers - you saved me BIG money AND gave me peace of mind....two very rare commodities in these times! My neighbors who recommended you to me were 100% spot on - Wickenburg Tire is the BEST car repair place in this whole area!
