I bought a interior detail package for my ford fusion over the phone. The person I talked to told me everything including the trunk was covered. After dropping my car off they called me almost 9 hrs later saying it was ready. Went to go pick it up and looked inside to see the job done. HORRIBLE!!!!!! My ticket was $102 dollars and there was grass and dirt still on the carpet that wasn't sucked up, stains still on my seats that wasn't touched, all the windows wasn't windex, debris still in the door compartments, trunk wasn't even touched!, dash still had dust from not cleaning good, there was something sticky on my carpet so they cut a WHOLES in the carpet to remove it! Addressed the manager about these issues I found and He said "We can do no better than this, if you don't like it do it yourself!" unbelievable customer service!!!! PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID! Save your time and money and go somewhere else then Joe's people.
Bought my used car here and had a great experience. They were very nice to work with and even dropped the price to fit my budget. Have referred many others here as well who have had good experiences
I have purchased & financed several vehicles from Family Motors. They have worked with me through several financial problems (unlike another lot I brought from in the past). The staff is friendly and seem happy to see me. They make me feel like Family. I will continue to buy here. My wife and step daughter bought here too.

I bought a car from them 6 weeks, a 2016, so fairly new, and should be very reliable. But I have been having problems with one of the tires since day one ( it has a slow leak in the sidewall, which is not fixable) and I was basically told "too bad, so sad". I will never go to them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone ( I take that back, maybe to my worst enemy)

I "love" Family Motors! They leased me a car when I couldn't get one anywhere else. I like leasing because I have a repair policy to help me if something happens to break, and they furnish a rental car, and I get 3 free oil changes every year. The people here treat me nice and call me by name.
