So I'm sitting in the parking lot of a business here in South Wichita, waiting for Kidds to come pick up a friend's car so she can get a rental. Original pickup time? 6:51. Time now? 7:52. 2nd revised ETA? 8:41. Receptionist? Totally understands why we're livid (she said that multiple times so I know it's TOTALLY true). Kidds towing? Not doing a damn thing to fix their screw up. Off I go to Yelp and every other review site on the net! TL;DR? Kidds should rename their business Hoover, because they SUCK.

Do NOT USE THIS TOW SERVICE!!!! They send you bill's for hundreds of dollars that are not yours and then when you prove the car they towed isn't yours they send the bill to a collection agency and tell them you won't pay!!!
It was great to do business with with the company, Mike was very proffesional and did save me $$$.I would call them again if I am in trouble for sure. Thank you again for helping out.
Excellent service! I don't recall the young man's name, but he recently did a great job of helping my daughter out. I highly recommend!
Great tow company with awesome service. Michael arrived within 10 minutes and it was 100% hassle free as they worked with my insurance. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their great service. Thanks again for being so helpful.
Would NEVER use Ken's Auto tow again. Our son totaled his car. Ken's towed it to their lot. We sold it to a salvage yard just down the street from Ken's the next day. Everything was communicated to Ken's. The salvage yard was to pick up the car. We assume they did. Now, three weeks later, we received a letter from Ken's demanding we pay over $400 in storage, telling us the car will be up for auction, and threatening to turn us over to a collection agency. This is the first formal communication we've had. These people are unorganized and unprofessional - not the kind of people I want messing with my credit history.
1 tow exp. is enuf, bent exhaust pipe back to muffler, bout 6 inches with all 3 brackets loose, pipe nearly on ground, not that way b4 tow, sorry
If I could I would rate them a zero! My car was stuck in a snow drift, low on gas and battery died because had been driving with the hazard lights during the snow/fleet storm. Arrow Towing came about, jump started my car, turned off the ignition, pulled my car a couple feet out of the snow drift, charged me $133.00 and left. When I got in my car it still did not start, I tried to wave the guy back but he kept driving. I call his manager who explained they were busy, and instructed me to wait in my car until they could come back (as I watched the guy drive away). I wait several hours, even falling asleep, using my emergency weather supplies to stay warm and hydrated to see that they had called me hrs later at 4am leaving no message. I called them back at 5am, the manager continues to explain they are busy and will come back to continue the service as soon as possible. The gentlemen comes back, pours gas into my tank (gas that I supplied myself), jumped the car and pulled my car a couple feet out of the snow drift. So now im sitting in my car while its running, and you guessed it, charged me $121.00 for the job he didnt finish the first time, and with no concern I had slept in my car all night. I suggest anyone walk for miles before asking this company for any assistance, wish I had.
Thank you for saving me again. I have used Ken's multiple times and always fast convenient and very courteous. The driver was very friendly and even dropped me off while delivering my Truck.
I've used Ken's 3 times now to haul my 60 Impala, and my car always arrives in pristine condition. They are very professional, courteous, and always pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.
