Horrible, Horrible...Zero star if I could and it's actually overrating them!I had the worst customer service ever on earth!!! called to book a cab for tomorrow morning 6:45 for work at a restaurant, the lady was extremely rude, put me on hold several times and finally told me they could not take me because that restaurant opens at 11 am, I explained as an employee I have to be there by 7:00 am, but she hung up on me, I had to call back to complain about such unacceptable behavior, but she kept on stating the place opens at 11 am and there is no way they will take me there at 6:45 am and cut the line, 6 times in total ( I called 4 times and my wife 2 times). I called best cab, 1 call and in less than 5 minutes everything was settled! I sincerely think such company which has no respect for people should not operate! Kansas Labor Department should look into all these negative reviews and just ban this horrible company from practicing! Period!!!
Worst service ever the person answering the phone kept lying to me about how long I call once and told me thirty minutes I called again and then told me she never said thirty minutes that she told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes I wouldnt use this taxi service
I waited 10 minutes after the second call was placed on hold again then the lady was rude saying that it was the first of the month everybody got their checks and she was just not working on me and I just called her again for the second time around 252 check on my taxi and she was very very rude
I will never use this service again. I called the night before to arrange a 0630 pick up for myself and some buddies. Told the kid I talked to that we needed a van because we had large bags. I called again at 0545 to confirm talked to the same guy and he said everything was fine. 0630 comes around and they send us a crown vic with a broken trunk latch. So I called back, spoke to a rude woman who said she didn't see anything about sending a van. So here we are 0700 still waiting for the van to take us to our location.
Do I really have to give them a FULL star? I just got out of the nastiest, most foul smelling cab imaginable. How can someone have any self respect and operate such a vehicle? Have they become immune to the filth and stench. In retrospect, I should have just not gotten in and chosen an alternative. Now, I feel like I need to shower and burn my clothes. Do these places wonder why Uber is so much more popular? Really. Estimated wait time was 15 minutes...30 minutes later; better than some I suppose.
I enjoy using Needa to go to the YMCA, my job, WalMart .. Their reasonable prices helps me to afford to go out more often. Fast, courteous and friendly service every time I've called.
The reason UBER and like companies are blowing up. This company is run poorly, it's staff careless and its business practices... Highly suspect.
