Believer's Tabernacle is a contemporary-based church that focuses on connecting people personally with God. The pastor brings scripture alive and makes it very relevant for the issues we face every day in modern America. I will walk through a typical Sunday at Believer's Tabernacle. They start service with worship songs that are mainly contemporary but also include great songs of old. The worship time fosters a personal encounter with God. So, the length of worship varies as they allow the spirit to lead. The worship time puts God front and center and allows me to focus and worship God as everything else fades into the background. Next comes prayer for giving and a time of greeting. What makes Believer's tabernacle different in this respect is that they don't pass a collection plate to gather offerings like many churches. Instead, they have four giving boxes at the back of the sanctuary that people can drop in tithes/offerings/prayer requests at any time. Giving can be done completely anonymously and without pressure. Next comes the sermon. Scripture is front and center of every sermon. The pastor uses many scripture passages and does an incredibly good job of bringing scripture to life with context and history. He is an amazing teacher that illustrates the context and history of passages and then relates them to my life today. He weaves old and new testament passages together in ways that make understanding the passages clear and relevant. Sermons always point to God and how we can get closer to God, and then exhort us to share the good news in our everyday lives. The service concludes with prayer and provides an opportunity to pray directly with leaders/elders of the church (if desired). God's love is emphasized very much, and the church provides a wonderful environment for worship and prayer. Whether you are firm in your beliefs, struggling with life/addictions or don't know Jesus at all, you will find a place at this church.
Axiom Healthcare Services cares about their employees and residents. My grandmother was a resident at Reed's Cove for a short period of time. The atmosphere is welcoming with beautifully built and decorated facilities, not overwhelming or stressful.
I go there for the best care ever!! Everyone really cares about you!! Treatment excellent!! Have been there many times and never been dissatisfied!!
Reeds Cove Rehab has got to be one of the worst places to send you loved one in Wichita, KS. Staff seemed very nice until we admitted my grandmother. Especially, the business office manager. I couldn't believe the owners would hire an employee with such hatred & disrespect towards other staff members as well as patients families. Here's the truth... the courtesy of staff ends as soon as you admit you loved one. Once they have you hooked, they no longer care about the patient's needs.
Elizabeth at it again I see, lies, lies, lies. Will be glad to go into detail about this sad woman since she has opened herself up again after several years ago lying and appointing herself into a ministry leadership position after attending church 1X
The service was great, the doctor, nurse, and staff were efficient and friendly. I recommend it for basic urgent care.
Great nurses for after care. Very personable.
We had to fire Dr. Janna Chibry, Ob-Gyn from being my wife’s primary physician. She was terminated because of the deplorable customer service from Heartland Woman’s Group, not from her own incompetence. Janna was very professional, but we simply couldn’t take the Ill treatment provided by “Kelly” her office manager, or head nurse on call, or whatever her title is. My wife had just given birth to our second daughter a few days ago, my wife’s third cesarean and was running out of pain meds. Jenna promised my wife that she would adequately ensure proper pain management during postnatal. My wife called Heartland on Saturday morning requesting additional pain meds. Kelly returned my wife’s call and said Janna is not to be disturbed on the weekends and if my wife didn’t want to take aspirin, then to go to the emergency room to get another pain med prescription. When I heard the voicemail, I immediately called Kelly back to make sure I understood her correctly. I questioned how she could suggest we take our newborn who is hours old (and our two year old) to go sit in an emergency room with whooping cough, TB, SARS and every other germ floating around so my wife could get pain meds, or was she suggesting my wife drive to the emergency room alone while under medication after just being released from the hospital? This suggestion was absolutely absurd, insulting and ludicrous. I am hurt and furious. My wife has never taken pills in her life (other than post-surgery) and as for me, I have never had a cold or the flu or been sick in my life and I’m 48 years old. Making us feel devalued, unappreciated and to feel like drug addicts for asking for a prescription is deplorable. Kelly refusing to contact Dr. Chibry to have her author another prescription so I could go pick it up is unacceptable. Kelly is obviously the “pride and joy” of Heartland Woman’s Group so we will not be going back there while Kelly’s professional demeanor and customer service acumen is the standard Heartland is proud of. Don’t worry Dr. Chibry as an IT executive, I hire my own problems as well. The only difference is when someone I hire for a team I put together treats my clients or customers with the ill-respect you obviously condone, I dismiss them. I can also see by the other review on "Yelp" for your Group that my wife and I are not the only ones who find your staff (Kelly in our case) incompetent, insensitive and audacious. In your defense, we did and do like you, but we simply refuse to let Kelly treat us this way as we have far too much respect for ourselves. I do not speak for my wife, this is my review of your Group's customer service.
I do not recommend attending this church as every aspect of it is New Age and occult while behaving apostate. The pastor is in it for the money, and he does not care for you. His so called administration behaves the same way.
The Spirit of the Lord was so prominent in the house I always wheat from joy you know that it's God the moment you enter the building! Don't miss this experience with God.
