I took a suit to be cleaned and the guy told me that I could pick it up the same day. I told him that I would come back in the morning. When I returned the next day he said it wasn't ready and that he might just throw it away. I was surprised at this comment how ever I told him that if he did I would sue them and left to go to my car. He followed me out the door and I'm sure that if there hadn't been a policeman sitting in his car out there this guy would have jumped me. Not only do they not do very good work they might beat you up. I can not remember when I have been treated so rudely by a retail business and some of them can be quite rude.
I took my dry cleaning there because of the good price. I should have walked out when the guy in front of me was given the wrong suit back. After I picked up my stuff the next day and got home I realized they hadn't cleaned or pressed any of what I dropped off. I should have inspected it first, but when I called to let them know what happened the owner/manager (unsure which it was) was very rude. His words were "My people may do a crappy job at pressing, but they wouldn't just not do anything." At least they didn't ruin my items... 1 star
Have been there at least a dozen times now with two rather expensive suits. They get the job done. They dropped the suit and other customers Iitems once and got them dirty, so they re-cleaned it at no charge. Accidens happen and for the price who can complain!
I will only do my laundry here. Very clean, best customer service & priced right. Thankyou for being there.
DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!!!!I took in my 600.00 Baroni suit. I was greeted by an unprofessional staff that looked like they just came in from the street. I should of followed my intuition and walked out. Unfortunately I left my suit. It was wrapped and when I unwrapped it at home it looked like it got run over by a truck without the dirt. Luckily I bought it from a high end retailer/tailor that was able to save it.I would never ever go back to any of the Martinizing dry cleaner stores. Please DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have used Miller's for awhile now, and today they lost a customer. I had 6 shirts that were supposed to be pressed only. I pick them up and the charge is $41!!! After a call to someone, they agreed to reduce the price to press only which was still $31! After looking at the shirts, one shirt didn't even have the sleeves pressed. Two other shirts were not adequately pressed either. Solution: leave them so they can repress, but isn't my time and gas worth something? You can't just discount while I am there? Or, per the website, free if you aren't happy? Solution: take business elsewhere.
Horrible service. Took a pair of pants there, brought them home and they were stained. Took them back they said oh sometimes this happens we will fix it, they then claimed to have attempted to get stain out, went to pick pants back up and they still had same stains on them. They proceeded to blame me for the stains and said it wasn't them. Would not refund me for the service or even give me a store credit. They say they are there for customer satisfaction however, they never called to tell me that the stain they put on the pants wouldn't come out NOR did they have the manager call me like they said they would. When I finally was able to communicate with him he couldn't explain why he didn't call me or explain why the pants had the stain... just simply stated it must of been something I did to the pants and NOT them... Poor customer service. They lost my business and others because of this. All over a pair of $40 pants....
Great customer service with good technical results. As two working professionals, my wife and I use this location of In The Bag Cleaners several times a week. They are always courteous at the counter, they remember who I am and deliver the service I ask for, every time. They even have a convenient night drop and labeled bags for regular customers to use for easy after hours drop off without having to call the next day to double check. We highly recommend them, so count this as 5 stars times 2.
