Professional Cargo was supposed to have delivered our product on 11-24-17. We made plans to be home for delivery and received no phone call, email of any sort. We tried calling and no answer. We called the distribution center that shipped out product to PC, they could not get a hold of them either. When we finally spoke with someone it was Monday 27th, we were told they decided to be closed on Friday. Without a thought of customers that might have been waiting ALL DAY. When we expressed our thoughts and even went there in person they did not seem to care of the inconvenience they caused and did not care if we were to cancel our order with original Company that we purchased our product from. Delivery is now a week out. I give them a poor customer service rating, this might go for their upper management as well. We did not cancel the product, service rating still pending. We are waiting to see how well their delivery and set up goes. Not holding my breath.

Absolutely a major rip off. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had them ship materials from Houston tx to Kansas city. Was suppose to be her on Friday. Didn't make it to Kansas City until Saturday. Called and said if you want you can come and pick it up at our location. I sent my employee over at time and a half to pick up. They said they don't deliver on Saturdays. I said not a big deal. I was trying to make the best of their mistake. My employee unloaded the truck and took from their location. 2 weeks later I receive an additional bill for over $400 because they said they delivered materials on Saturday. After speaking with the customer service department they said they would get back in touch with me in a day or 2. 2 weeks later I called again. They said apparently someone dropped the ball and never received a call back. Lady then speaks with Laura Hopkins the supervisor of the place and she said the charges are what they are. Criminals. I would be careful with such a poor operation.
We have used them in the past and they were wonderful. Last night they charged us $50.00 to take us home and the price used to be $16.00, what a ripoff.

SafeRiders overcharged me $50. The manager STEVEN told me on several phone conversations that he would refund my money but never did. It was a different excuse everytime on why I did not receive a refund. He is very shady I do not recommend using SafeRiders. I have heard of others getting ripped off as well. Stay away from SafeRiders!!
