If I could put negatives I would! They are EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude as well as VERY verbally abusive!!! Owner Alex Harb ripped people off so many times!!! He is a horrible businessman. Don't go to Meddys or Ribbit!
Joe was awesome! Brought my all in one down it had a fried motherboard. Decided I wanted to do the work myself. Only $50.00 for diagnostics and he gave me all the pointers I needed. Not may companies are willing to guide you once you decide to do it your self.... 5 stars

So frustrated with my home purchase. This is the 4th house I've purchased, but the first time working with Christy with Birkshire. Unprofessional. Not timely. Has forgot to call me for important appointments and treats me like a second rate client. WOULD NOT recommend. I'm sticking with smaller companies.

I went to Ribbit Computers based on reviews and word of mouth. I was not disappointed. Their reputation precedes them I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro that's been acting slow and sluggish lately. Assuming it was old and I just had a lot of junk on it so I didn't give it much thought. On Saturday (05/14/2016), I was trying to work from home and the slowness of the computer was seriously annoying me. I went into Disk Utility and tried to figure out what was going on. I got an error that something was wrong with my hard drive. I called Ribbit Computers without even checking their hours of operation only to realize they were closed. About an hour later I got a text from the same number. "Ribbit Computers will be open from 10-6 today. Is there something I can help you with? -Lessie" After giving a description of my issue, Lessie asked if I could come in.To me I had already received amazing customer service and I hadn't even walked in the door yet.
Our listing agent, Sharon Engle, first thought it appropriate to use pictures that she took on her cell phone to market a $700K+ home. We had to force her to book a professional real estate photographer to take decent pictures. It took her eight months to get our listing posted on Berkshire Hathaway's own internal business listings page. All prospective buyers were supposed to be pre-approved before a showing, yet none were. We now have a new listing agent and Sharon is vindictively refusing to release those listing photos even though we offered to reimburse her for the $255 she spent on them. The managing broker, Patty L. Sanders, went so far as to threaten to withhold all of their business from the photographer, who took the pictures and legally owns the copyright to them, if he releases them to us.I would not recommend Sharon or Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty to anyone.
I love Action Rent to Own. I have been a customer for 3 years and everytime I needed them they ALWAYS game thru for me. They are AWESOME!!!!!
