I used to hate the car buying process but thanks to everyone at Scholfield Lexus I no longer dread going to the dealership. They made it the best car buying experience ever! I felt like part of the Lexus family before I even bought a car. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. I can't say enough good things about the dealership, the sales people and the service department. Everyone was extremely friendly, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the cars. Now that we have the car we can take it in for free car washes anytime, courtesy car when our car is being serviced and complimentary trips to the airport. They did everything possible to make sure that we were beyond satisfied and they definitely succeeded. I would recommend Scholfield Lexus to anyone who is looking to get amazing customer service, not just while you buy the car, but once you own it!
My car recently took a crap and I just finalized my bankruptcy and after being denied almost everywhere else I went in last Monday to see if I could get financed on a ford focus they had there, I told them my situation and my desperate need of a car with school coming back up for my kids and after about 5 minutes I was approved for it. If I would have known it was that easy I would have just started here, if I knew about them before then that is . So far the car is doing great and I haven't had any issues with it other then my tire pressure light always staying on but they fixed that as soon as I made it back in there , didn't even have to wait long unlike other car lots I've bought from. I will definitely be going back here and recommending them to my friends. Thank you guys, you really helped me and my kids out with this car.
I was frustrated with the dealership always wanting to up sell service. Sure the oil change was very reasonable, but the list of so called needed repairs confused me. How could my car have so much wrong with it every 8,000 miles? The last list from the dealer I brought to Star motors. They were very knowledgeable and helpful; at no charge they reviewed the list and inspected my car. No pressure only honest straight forward estimate of needed repairs. Yes they did save me some money on some of the repairs, but most important they answered my questions and concerns about the repairs they said, could wait until my next scheduled service. We developed a plan to complete the necessary service in a timely manner.
I bought two cars at Family Motors when I was having trouble getting a car anywhere else and was treated with upmost respect there. They approved me quickly and I was driving the car home within a couple of hours of test driving it. I was so pleased that they report my credit to the credit bureau, and after paying off the second car, I was able to buy at a new car store due to the improved credit score. I was sad to leave Family Motors, but very happy that they helped me improve my credit and also my self esteme. Thank you Family Motors!!!
i bought a car from them last year and it has been doing really well, had a few issues here and there but hey its a used car (2003 Ford Escape) but they always got it fixed for me at really cheap prices and had it to me the same if not the next day. The salesman was really patient and polite, he was never pushy like the salesman at other car lots are and their mechanic Edward always goes the extra mile when i bring it in for service. All around a really enjoyable experience and friendly people. I will most definitely buy my next car here :)
Do you honestly thing it's ok to just accuse a business owner of all the things you are accusing you must be a psycho to accuse someone of the things you are stating. Stealing a tag? Disconnecting light? You sound like a jealous x girlfriend. I just bought a 2005 f150 from hess motors and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership and I have been buying cars for over 20 years. I will recommend everyone I know to hess motors fair honest and affordable prices all rolled into one thanks again Jerry
Dealer has cars some with salvage title. He is straight forward. we looked at an 07 Altima with 51,000 miles for 10,999. We asked if he would go for 10, he said 10,400 and would honor a 90 day 100% bumper to bumper warranty, this was on saturday. We came back on Tuesday and I asked about the offer and he actually had an offer on the car for 10,600. He still honored our deal and kept true to his word. You don't find that at big retail dealers, they will not help or be honest about anything. I am very happy with my new car!!

Big Shout out to Zebb, my dealer. He really took in what I said I wanted in a car and helped me find just the right one and helped me get a nice price on it. If i had any complaints it would be no more than a week after purchase I needed to change my oil, even though I was told it wouldn't need changed for 2 more months, or 3000 miles. Other then that, amazing dealership.
ADAM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME INTO A CAR . I HAD NO CREDIT . I HAD A CO SIGHNER . HE GOT THE DOWN PAYMENT AND MONTHLY PAYMENT CLOSE TO WHERE I NEEDED IT. 30 WARRANTY .IT HAD A SENSOR ISSUE WITHIN HOURS TOOK IT BACK PART WILL BE REPLACED TOMORROW.THANKS ED !! SO FAR SO GOOD ON CAR. STAFF AT PRESTIGE ... AWESOME !!! FOUND LONG LOST FRIEND AND A FAMILY MEMBER .
