I would like to first point out that the salon is in a terrible location. Not easy to get to and unless you told me there was a salon in the center I would of never known. I went in to get a estimate on a cut and color and a tall lady with dark hair (could of been a man or transgender hard to tell these days) was very short and rude to me. She acted like I was bothering her or something. And being that the salon was not busy at all you would think they would want the business. I only went to the salon because I saw on facebook they had pretty good reviews. I am thinking now the only reason is because friends and family are probably the only clients! Very disappointing!
I was in about a week ago for a simple haircut. The ladies were eating at their stations and gossiping the whole time. Very unprofessional! The salon is dirty and I wont be back! Over priced.
My sister and I got a Groupon for a mani/pedi. We had an appointment at 11:30 and didn't get started until 12:00. We requested Shellac on both hand and toe nails. They had never done Shellac on toe nails before but did it anyway. My finger nails starting peeling within 5 days and I was able to jus pull the nail polish off. 2 week I lost both pinky toes nail polish. I was able to pull off the polish just like the fingernails. I would not recommend going to this salon for a manicure or pedicure. Slow and low quality.
Our experience with Bill Graham was absolutely beyond our expectations. This firm was very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling our property timely and for a good price. Their communications were awesome and any questions or concerns were immediately answered. We sold our home and couldn’t be happier with the services and support we received. Even after the sale was final and we had moved on, we received communication from this realtor that reinforced the fact that he is truly a top-notch realtor whose focus seemed more on us and our needs than just using our home to make a profit for himself.
I have been going to Holly Family care for four years. Loan is the owner and stylist. Loan takes pride in her work and customers. She believes in customer service and pays attention to the customer in her chair. Loan does a good job with cutting or styling hair and has many loyal customers. Before Loan took ownership of Holly Family Hair Care she was at the Status Quo where she also took care of her many customers.
Salon is cute. The girls are very friendly. Although, 1 likes to overshare a bit (talking about how many girls have aborted her husband's babies ) she is very nice and attentive. Just not what i expected to hear. Then comes the "owner". Who also works for cox cable. He verbally abuses, and berates his very pregnant wife/employee! In front of customers! I was appalled at the way he not only spoke to her, but another employee! In the SAME visit, I overheard him complaining of money issues, and suggesting the girls offer a "deal" to get customers in. But not really give them a deal at all! To add bogus charges, then once they "discount" it, it will be the REGULAR PRICE!!! But people will "think" they're getting a deal!! Maybe that's a common practice in this industry, I don't know. But regardless..verbally abusing your pregnant wife/employees, and doing/talking about your scams in front of customers, is not good business practice! It was alot to take in on a first visit somewhere!
Our kids love this place and we do too! Melissa is extremely friendly and always makes the kids feel special & important.
They did a fantastic job on my son's hair! Fast and looking fabulous! Got the appointment quickly. He's very happy with it!
Sparenity is wonderful! Julie gives an amazing massage! Several different pedicures to choose from. Worth the money!
Absolute WORST experience ever. I spoke with this woman several weeks before my wedding day, and arranged an appointment for myself and my four bridesmaids the day of at 8am. 2 of us wanted simple spiral curls, two wanted simple half up-dos, and one just wanted her hair straightened. Simple right? Negative. We arrived at 8am, and the lady didn't even have hair supplies. She had to send two of my bridesmaids to the store to purchase mousse and hair spray, AND A PACK OF SMOKES. Meanwhile, she began on my hair and one of my bridesmaids. We were the two wanting spiral curls. IT TOOK HER 4 HOURS TO DO JUST US TWO. My bridesmaid fell asleep waiting on her to finish. My ceremony began at 4pm and I still had other things to take care of beforehand. Needless to say we left, and my other three bridesmaids ended up doing their own hair. We paid $40 a piece and the quality was terrible on top of everything else. As if this wasn't already bad enough, part of our arrangement was that she would also come to the place of my ceremony before it began to do any last touch ups for me. She had the audacity to call and cancel, claiming her back hurt terribly from doing our hair a few hours before WHICH SHE DIDN'T EVEN FINISH. Eventually she showed up, with fresh color and style on her own hair. She tried cancelling on me, ON MY WEDDING DAY, to go get her own hair done, with the money we had just paid her, for extremely poor service. I will NEVER return, nor do I recommend her to anyone. Period.
