        Overall

        I had the worst experience at the new zips on west street, I understand the warning about wipers, but the machine torn up the whole wiper arm on the back of my mazda. The guy at the car wash said sorry, not their problem. It cost me $60 to get it fixed, will never go again and believe me after the poor customer service, I will be telling anyone and everyone not to go near them.
