Elle was a great help to my wife and I years ago... and to me when my wife passed. She has a caring way about her, but she also knows when to be tough on you and has NO problem telling you (in a more professional manner) that you are full of BS. Now I'm sure some people don't like a counselor being so direct and would rather have their hand held while someone says... "there, there.... it's going to be okay....." but the reality is life is hard and sometimes we just have to do the work. For myself, I appreciate the "no nonsense" approach and value her insights.

I do not recommend this therapist. Not very compassionate and was not helpful in assisting in finding another therapist for my daughter. I think she might have difficulties in forming rapport with younger clients and might be best equipped assisting patients over the age of 30.
