I'm very pleased to have found Reflection Ridge Dental. The staff is professional and courteous. The hygienists are skilled and careful. They really pay attention to you and work with a steady focus. When you are in their chair, you are their focus. The facility is well-equipped with modern dental technologies for cleaning and examination. I am most impressed with Steven J. Dold, DDS. In addition to the necessary and expected skill, he is compassionate and cheerful and puts his patients at ease.

I read the first review before my first appointment with the Reflection Riddge Dental team. I found the review a lot of too do about nothing--even considering the six year old child. She was fired. She didn't fire the dentists first, which a loving mother who was truly concerned about her child would have done. This indicates to me her "feelings" were more important to her.



That said, I found the staff competent and caring. Prices are a little high, but that's probably because of where they are located. I liked my dentist even though I don't know his name (this was my first visit).



It galls me when people use dishonest reasons to "critique" businesses. I wanted to counteract the first review because I felt it was unfair and made out of pique.
