We bought a Rainbow vacuum cleaner, perported to be the "best" on the market, from these people. And, it was GREAT for about two weeks. Then the performance went downhill rapidly. I called their office and was basically told too bad, you bought it...it's after the 3 day return period. I was NOT happy. Taking it in for a "cleaning/ tune-up several months later I was told I hadn't properly cared for the machine. Apparently, it needs to be disasembled after EACH use and thoroughly cleaned. When I called the main office, again, I was told "too bad" you bought it, you're stuck with it. I was also told it was the "BEST" vacuum on the market IF you didn't live on a dirt road (dust clogs it up), and of course it needs to be completely disassembled after EACH use and thoroughly cleaned, then the rep. suggested I add cooking oil to the water to "trap" the dust. Not gonna happen! I have gone back to my ugly, cumbersom, but VERY reliable Kirby! Thank you! The Rainbow Customer Service is awful!!!!! So is their machine! Don't buy from them!
