TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! (part 1 of 2)
When I called to schedule a cleaning with Customer Carpet, Bob asked that we schedule it at 6 a.m. On the morning of the cleaning Bob arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late and did not answer my calls while I was waiting for him. Bob called after an hour but it went to my husband's phone who was already at work. When Bob arrived I expressed my frustration that I had been waiting for over an hour and asked him to make it right by offering me a discount. At this point Bob refused to serve me because I was upset and began to walk away from the house. I humiliatingly had to follow after him and beg him to come complete the service as promised. (I would have loved to let him walk away, but I had to have the carpets cleaned that day before moving out of the rental property.) I called the company phone number to complain and the owner was equally as rude and unapologetic. The owner called Bob while Bob was still at my house and told him that I complained.
