I would not recommend this facility to my enemy! Front office staff; loud and unprofessional. Office manager; condescending. She wanted a credit card on file. I refused and asked if there was a problem with my payments could she call me. Her response was and I quote, "we are too busy and not staffed to do that".
The phlebotomist; ruff in her handling, rude and no compassion. She hurt me when she didn't hit the vein, when I screamed at her, (then I apologized) she told another to take care of me and stomped out. They have no respect for anyone who questions them. This facility's members and doctors need to read their "mission" statement.

The doctor was nice in the beginning, however, I wanted to send him an email about my treatment. He has no email. He wouldn't speak to me over the phone about it.

My GP received a letter stating that I was "abusive" to the staff, and they will no longer treat me. I received a similar letter, but with no explanation. They are such cowards no one signed the letter. No one called to question what happened.

They can treat you badly, but if call them out on it, they will accuse you of "abusing" the staff. They abused me emotionally and physically.

I 1st was the in April2017. I saw Dr. Estephan. My 1st impression of the Staff on chekc in wasn't all that wonderful. The front office Staff was shoving M&M's in her mouth while talking to me & taking my information. I did feel as Dr. Estephan had empathy but she NEVER followed up with me on any test results. I had Blood Work done in the Lab and some of my numbers were low. I had a follow up to re-check my IgG levels in 4 weeks. I set the appointment up and went for this test. I told the Lab Employee why I was here and that I was currently on antibiotics for a Sinus Infection. When I checked the Patient Portal 2 weeks later I didn't not see my results for my IgG. I called the Office and for some reason this was not ordered. So, I have no idea what they tested for 4 weeks later. I was not very happy having to go back in for another Lab. I will also state that when I had questions and would call they were very unprofeccional and rude. I was told "you already asked that question". I had not asked that question and stated if there was confusion I'm sorry. But, I sent an email on the patient portal stating even if I had already asked that questiion there is nothing wrong with asking a 2nd time. Anyways, when I went back in for my Lab for my IgG I had asked the Employee in the Lab what we were testing for and explained the mix up the last Visit. She in a rude manner stated "we do what the Doctor ask for"! Then she jabbed me with the needle. By the time I got to my car I could not lift my arm and it had a know in the vein. She didn't go through the vein she went around it. I had to elevate my area when I got home and I had to ice it. I again sent an email on the Patient portal stating what happened and that I took pictures of my arm. I asked the Doctor what exactly did she test for on that Day they didn not check my IgG. They did not answer my question. I also stated I would not be going back to their Office for any other Appointments.
